Garlic Chives have long flattened leaves grow to a height of about 50cm. Starry white flower in loose heads appear in summer and autumn.
Using Garlic Chives
The leaves have a mild garlic flavour and are often used as flavourings in Chinese and other Asian dishes. Leaves can also be snipped and stirred into soups, sauces and salads.
Prefers full sun.
Suitable for pots.
